Refund Policy

At Punkyfish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items according to the following policy:

1. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, items must meet these criteria:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags must be attached to the product. Items without original tags cannot be processed for a return.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. UK Returns

We offer free shipping on all UK domestic orders. For returns:

• We will provide you with a return label upon request.

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3. International Returns

For international returns, the process depends on the initial shipping terms:

• If you paid for shipping: If a shipping fee was charged at the time of purchase, we will cover the cost of the return label.

• If you received free shipping: If your order qualified for free international shipping (due to exceeding a certain value), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, you must arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (including tag verification), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
